Nice blog! Found the link over at RouteMyWorld.

I’m working on the CCNP, (studying for ISCW now). I finished the CCVP earlier this year.

What do you think about Juniper gear? I’ve been considering giving them a closer look just to have some depth.

Juniper seems to take some of the IOS limitations into consideration. For example, there’s a feature that allow you to rollback to a previous configuration if the actual one doesn’t suit your needs. There’s also a feature that allows you to copy/paste from screen! this comes in hand when you’ve got, let’s say, 10 or 20 routers with similar configs.
However, Juniper is still not mature in entreprise field. My collegues actually told me that some features on the EX switches do not simply work! (although they’re mentioned to be included in the JUNOS version).
Overall, it’s good and refreshing to have a look at networking from a non-cisco point of view ;)
